Let's make our wish list for Xmas, shall we? The holiday season is the perfect time to reflect on what has been enjoyable and perhaps more challenging for us in the last 12 months... Take time to activate your JOY by spending quality time with your love ones! Take care of your body by enjoying and appreciating what you are eating and by drinking consciously. Take care of your mind by resting and giving yourself a break by being kind to you stopping the not enough inner dialogue. Take time to be grateful for all that you have in your life... I do not have a family here in Australia and sometimes I feel like having a "Pity Party" with myself... yet I have the choice to activate my JOY and look at the good I do in the world and what I can offer to the people who are need like homeless and lonely people... I can choose to create a "Positive Party" and invite some friends at home since I do have a home! I can share with you that I enjoyed presenting on my cruise to New Zealand. I loved uplifting the TEDx women group in sydney, I enjoyed being the MC for 800 people at the sensational show Paris by Night. I enjoyed seeing my clients improving the quality of their lives and feeling more JOY, connecting to what they really want! Enjoy this Christmas gift!
