Do you remember when was the last time you congratulated a colleague at work? You said: "Hey wow, I am impressed by your performance." I must admit you scored on a high level on that transaction. You did remarkably well with your new presentation. Bravo! You go girl! Shake hands, pad in the back, some signs of recognition…You know what I mean. You encourage and you mean it when you say it! You even feel it in your whole body, having the goose bumps perhaps… I define it as celebrating someone else’s success and being happy for them and with them, feeling part of it even. Lots of organisations operate competitively with a scarcity mentality even within the company. How about we change paradigm and we practice new techniques “let’s celebrate our successes together”.
